GamsGo Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Joining the GamsGo Affiliate Program indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

The core objective of our Affiliate Program is to utilize our partners' traffic to attract new customers to GamsGo and reward our affiliates with commissions. GamsGo highly values its partnership with affiliates and is honored to share the joy of success with numerous affiliates. We sincerely appreciate and welcome the active promotion and publicity efforts of our affiliates. To maintain a fair and just affiliate environment, we have established clear rules and will resolutely combat any dishonest behavior that attempts to steal others' labor achievements or falsify traffic. Our aim is to ensure that honest affiliates who can genuinely bring new users to GamsGo receive their due rewards.

- Affiliates should promote GamsGo's services in an honest, legal manner, aiming to enhance GamsGo's visibility and attract new users.

- Affiliates should avoid misleading promotions and ensure that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

- Affiliates should actively promote GamsGo's services, using legal and legitimate means to attract new users.

- Affiliates should maintain an accurate and positive description of GamsGo's brand and services, avoiding any actions that may damage GamsGo's reputation.

- Affiliates should keep all information related to this program confidential, including but not limited to commission rates and other business secrets.

Applicants must have a valid social media account/public page, website, or community channel with effective traffic.

- We will provide exclusive promotional links or promotional codes (the distribution of promotional codes depends on the quality of the traffic channel) and tracking tools.

- Affiliates must ensure the correct use of links to track conversion results and commissions.

- Commissions are based on the effective sales amount completed through your promotional links.

- GamsGo reserves the right to evaluate the promotional effectiveness of affiliates and adjust subsequent commission rates.

- If you have not published any GamsGo promotional content for one year since you started promoting, or if it has been more than six months since your last promotional update, GamsGo will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue the partnership, and may adjust the first-order commission accordingly if necessary.

- When adjusting commission rates, the first-order conversion rate will be a key consideration. If your rate falls below the benchmark set by GamsGo (the specific threshold will be communicated separately), GamsGo reserves the right to lower your commission percentage.

- For certain subscriptions, GamsGo may adjust commission rules based on profitability or business needs. The commission rate for these subscriptions will no longer follow the standard structure. Rest assured, we will notify you in advance by email before any adjustments are made.

- The commission payment account will depend on the payment account information you provide when applying.

- The commission settlement cycle and method are subject to the real-time commission settlement rules of the website.

- Transfer fees: Due to different transfer methods, different fees may be incurred during the transfer process. Please note that these fees are not charged by us but are fees charged by the transfer channel to us. We will clearly inform you of the specific fee amount during the withdrawal process to ensure you understand the actual amount received.

- GamsGo reserves the following rights, at its sole discretion, to indefinitely withhold any commission fees, and/or revoke, reject, or dismiss any commission fees, and/or reject or dismiss any affiliate account, and/or immediately terminate this agreement, due to:

(i) Any commissions generated through illegitimate means or false user additions.

(ii) Violations of the provisions of this agreement, where the commissions are derived from actions explicitly prohibited in this agreement.

(iii) Any actions involving the use of misleading websites or social media accounts for dishonest promotions.

- Commission Deductions: Since GamsGo advances the full commission to affiliates before fully fulfilling the user's subscription, the commission for the corresponding refunded orders will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings in the event of a refund. This may result in a decrease in the available withdrawal balance. If the user utilizes the refunded amount in the GamsGo wallet for subsequent purchases, the relevant commissions will be recalculated according to the current commission settlement rules.

- Affiliates should comply with the user terms and rules of social media platforms in their country/region.

- To better facilitate the collaboration and settlement process, it is recommended that Affiliate members regularly share content related to GamsGo.If there is a long interval between content updates, it may cause delays in commission settlements or the processing of related procedures.

- In the event that an affiliate removes or conceals their promotional content, resulting in the unavailability or non-disclosure of GamsGo or its associated advertisements—whether due to the promotion of competing platforms (including but not limited to articles, videos, and other formats) or for personal reasons—GamsGo reserves the right to revoke the affiliate’s promotional privileges and/or adjust the applicable commission rate at its sole discretion.

- If GamsGo suspects an affiliate of fraudulent behavior, we may require you to prove that these referrals are valid.

- Promotional codes are only for attracting new users to GamsGo; any registrations obtained through illegitimate means will not count towards promotional results.

- Affiliate members are not allowed to delete, hide, or set to private any GamsGo promotional articles, videos, or other content they have published. If discovered, GamsGo reserves the right to demand the refund of any commission paid.

- Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, false, or misleading promotional activities, including but not limited to false advertising, impersonating others, or using illegal means to obtain registrations.

- Affiliates must not abuse promotional codes, including but not limited to unauthorized public posting on platforms, illegal transactions, etc.

- Affiliate members are not allowed to promote GamsGo (겜스고) through paid advertisements on any platform, including using brand or generic keywords to drive traffic to the GamsGo website. This applies to, but is not limited to, platforms such as Facebook, Google, Bing, Yahoo, Naver, Kakao, Daum, etc.

- Affiliate members are not allowed to use branded keywords to promote GamsGo (겜스고) on Naver search ads (Power Link). Such actions may result in platform restrictions on related keywords, affecting the normal promotion efforts of other partners.

- Affiliates must not engage in any activities that harm GamsGo's brand image or engage in unfair competition, including but not limited to defaming competitors or publishing false information.

- If the traffic and interaction of promotional content are significantly inconsistent with the final conversions, GamsGo reserves the right to reduce or cancel commissions. Such situations include, but are not limited to: the traffic, interaction, and conversion results of the promotional content being significantly lower than the average performance of the Affiliate's other content, or suspected fraudulent traffic or interactions. GamsGo reserves the right to determine the audit results based on the actual situation.

During participation in the GamsGo Affiliate Program, the following behaviors are prohibited:

- Promo Code Websites: To maintain a fair cooperation environment, we advise affiliate members to share promo codes through legitimate channels. If an affiliate member uploads promo codes to promo code websites, it may affect the rights and interests of other affiliate members and undermine community fairness.

- Prohibition of Adverse Information:Due to the particular nature of their promotional role, Affiliates shall not publish any information detrimental to GamsGo on any social media or public channel. In the event of any issue, the Affiliate must first communicate and confirm with GamsGo’s Marketing Maintenance Manager. Any violation of this clause grants GamsGo the right to immediately terminate the partnership. After settling any commissions currently due, the remaining account balance will be reset to zero, and the Affiliate will be required to delete the relevant inappropriate content.

- Confidentiality of Partnership Terms:Affiliates are prohibited from disclosing the commission rate or any other cooperation terms with GamsGo in any form (including but not limited to public channels or private communications). Such disclosure, whether on social media, public platforms, chat groups, or private exchanges, constitutes a violation. Any breach of this clause grants GamsGo the right to immediately terminate the partnership. After settling any commissions currently due, the remaining account balance will be reset to zero, and the Affiliate will be required to delete the related promotional articles or any disclosed content, whether public or private.

- Spam Senders: GamsGo does not support the use of spam for promotion.

- Impersonation: It is prohibited to impersonate someone else or mislead others into thinking you are an official representative of GamsGo.

- Misuse of Promo Codes: Misuse of promo codes, such as obtaining commissions through self-purchasing or false purchasing, is prohibited.

- Prohibition of False or Misleading Information:If the promotional content published by an Affiliate contains any of the following, the Affiliate must immediately modify or remove such content upon receiving notice from GamsGo:

- Paid advertising and improper traffic acquisition are prohibited: Affiliates must not run paid advertisements on any platform, including advertising services such as Google Ads; use the GamsGo brand name or similar keywords in advertising campaigns; or promote and obtain referral attribution through spam, unsolicited bulk direct messages, repeated flooding, concealed redirect destinations, or automatic redirects that occur without deliberate user action.

- Commission fraud and coupon misuse are prohibited: Affiliates must not make purchases through their own referral links or obtain commissions through fake users, fraudulent orders, data manipulation, false attribution, or similar methods. They must not publicly disclose, upload, or distribute coupons or promotional codes restricted to specific users or channels without authorization, nor earn commissions by circumventing their terms of use.

- Unfair Competitive Practices: Avoid using any unfair means to compete or infringe upon the rights and interests of other affiliate members, including but not limited to stealing traffic, manipulating data, and false attribution.

- Improper Advertising Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from using any advertising or marketing techniques to direct users to their own or third-party websites, displaying links or codes containing GamsGo promotional content, thereby affecting GamsGo's traffic and commission distribution. To maintain a fair and just promotional environment, GamsGo emphasizes the prohibition of obtaining promotional orders through non-content creation methods (such as paid ads) in order to protect the rights of content creators and organic traffic promoters. Any such behavior will be considered a violation of this agreement, resulting in the immediate termination of the partnership and the cancellation of any related commissions.

(i) Misspelling of the GamsGo brand name;

(ii) Misrepresentation or misunderstanding of GamsGo products or services, resulting in inaccurate descriptions;

(iii) Incorrect information that may mislead users or cause confusion.

- Should the Affiliate fail to promptly comply with such modifications, GamsGo reserves the right to restrict withdrawal requests and further directly terminate the partnership. After settling any commissions currently due, the remaining account balance will be reset to zero, and the Affiliate will be required to delete the relevant content.

During participation in the GamsGo affiliate program, the following behaviors may lead to a reduction or cancellation of renewal and repeat purchase commission rates:

- Collaboration with websites that plagiarize GamsGo: Plagiarizers entice consumers to buy long-term subscriptions at low prices, but these promises often go unfulfilled. Such actions disrupt the normal order of the market, damage the industry's reputation, severely affect consumer trust in the market, and infringe upon the interests of fans. Therefore, during collaboration with GamsGo, if a partner promotes in association with websites that plagiarize or impersonate GamsGo (including but not limited to posting promotional videos, posts, soft articles, promotional codes, and links on public social media), related actions may lead to a reduction or cancellation of your renewal and repeat purchase commission rates or affect your withdrawal progress.

- Action taken against violations: No commission will be paid on orders generated through prohibited promotional activities. Once any of the above violations is identified and confirmed, the affiliate account will be closed immediately, all unsettled commissions will be withheld, and the partnership will be terminated. The amount withheld includes all unsettled commissions in the account, not only those associated with the violating orders.

We urge all partners to adhere to high standards of business ethics and collectively maintain the reputation and fairness of the shared subscription industry.

All rights of interpretation of the above terms are reserved by GamsGo, including but not limited to judgments on improper competition such as promotional code abuse, and determinations of plagiarism or impersonation of GamsGo websites.

- All logos, trademarks, and copyrights of GamsGo must be respected.

- If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time.

- Affiliates may terminate this agreement at any time and cease using promotional links.

- GamsGo is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses incurred by affiliates as a result of participating in this program, unless such losses are intentionally or deliberately caused by GamsGo.

- For any significant changes to these terms, we will notify affiliates in advance.
