T0 Absolute Meta: Cyrene, Phainon, and Castorice define the current power ceiling. Prioritize these units for the best performance.
Meta Shift: Former top DPS like Firefly and Acheron have moved to T1/T2. They remain viable but are no longer the strongest.
Support & Sustain: Tribbie and Hyacine (T0) are the best sustains, while Sunday (T0.5) remains a top-tier competitive buffer.
HSR Tier Explanation
T0 – Meta-Defining Tier: Extremely powerful characters with top-tier value (Cyrene, Phainon). Core units of the current 3.8 patch.
T0.5 – Strong Competitive Tier: High-performing characters like Sunday and The Dahlia. Excellent strength and stable team placement.
T1 – Practical Tier: Solid units (Firefly, Robin) that shine in specific teams but have been slightly power-crept.
T2 – Advanced Tier: Characters with decent strength (Acheron, Feixiao) but inconsistent performance compared to the new meta.
T3 – Transitional Tier: Average power level (Sparkle, Ruan Mei). Generally recommended only for favorites or early-game use.
T4 – Substitute Tier: Low priority (Dr. Ratio, Seele). Not recommended unless you personally love the character.
T5 – Underperforming Tier: Weak in the current patch. Not recommended for investment.
