Redeeming codes in Arknights: Endfield is straightforward, but new players must first complete the early story before the feature becomes available.

Prerequisites

1. Complete the Prologue: Clear the "Process: Cold Start" prologue and gain control of your character on the Dijiang.
2. Unlock the Mail System: Complete the main mission "Chapter 1 Process I: Break the Siege" to unlock the mailbox.

For new players, it typically takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour before the code redemption feature becomes available.
