ARC Raiders skill trees are not about unlocking every skill, but prioritizing upgrades that have the biggest impact during raids. The three paths — Mobility, Survival, and Conditioning — serve different purposes, but each skill node offers very different value depending on its actual impact and your playstyle.
To find the most effective skill choices, I tested different builds across multiple maps, loot routes, and combat situations while keeping my loadout unchanged. After dozens of hours and hundreds of raids, I created this balanced skill tree path to help you perform better early on and stay effective when facing high-threat ARC enemies, contested loot areas, and difficult extractions.
Whether you prefer aggressive PvP encounters, running solo raids, or playing as a loot rat focused on maximizing your haul and extracting safely, this ARC Raiders Skill Tree Guide will help you create the right Raider build for your playstyle.
To further improve your raid efficiency, you can also buy ARC Raiders items on GamsGo and prepare weapons, gear, and resources before your next deployment, giving you a stronger advantage in every raid.

Choose your ARC Raiders Build:
Best ARC Raiders Skill Tree Progression Path
Before unlocking Expedition rewards, you can only earn 76 skill points, making early choices important for your raid efficiency and survivability. Based on multiple raid tests, I created a balanced skill path that prioritizes Mobility → Survival → Conditioning, helping you build a strong foundation early while staying effective in late-game encounters.

Prioritize the Mobility Path
In ARC Raiders, you are constantly on the move. You need mobility to seARCh areas, reposition during fights, and reach extraction points safely — not to mention escaping when another Raider starts chasing you right after deployment.
Since your starting stamina is quite limited, Mobility should be your first priority. Every skill point invested in this path provides noticeable value by improving your movement efficiency and overall raid consistency. Here’s how I invested my points:

1. Nimble Climber — 1/5
Invest 1 point first to unlock the Mobility path and open access to further stamina and movement upgrades.
2. Marathon Runner — 5/5
Reduces stamina consumption while moving, making it one of the core Mobility skills for maintaining high-speed movement for longer periods.
3. Youthful Lungs — 5/5
Increases maximum stamina, giving you longer sprint duration and improving efficiency when exploring, fighting, and reaching extraction points.
4. Nimble Climber — 5/5
Fully upgrade this skill to improve climbing and vaulting speed, allowing smoother movement through terrain and faster repositioning during raids.
5. Carry The Momentum — 1/1
Unlocks reduced stamina consumption for a short duration after sprint vaulting, helping you quickly reposition or escape dangerous situations.
6. Crawl Before You Walk — 1/5
Increases your crawling speed while downed, giving you better chances to reach cover or wait for a revive.
7. Vigorous Vaulter — 1/1
Improves movement after vaulting, providing an additional boost to overall mobility in later progression.
Since skill points are limited, I did not invest further into the Mobility tree at this stage. Around 18 points in Mobility is enough to significantly improve movement efficiency, looting routes, and extraction consistency while leaving enough points for other important attributes later.
Switch to the Survival Path
After building up strong mobility, the next step is improving your loot efficiency and extraction consistency. Investing in the Survival path improves raid consistency, helping you stay alive longer, secure more valuable loot, and reduce losses from failed extractions. Here is how I allocated my points:

1. Agile Croucher — 1/5
Invest 1 point first to unlock the following Survival path, setting up future upgrades for stealth movement and looting efficiency.
2. Looter’s Instincts — 5/5
Increases container seARCh speed, reducing looting time and making it one of the core skills for a Loot Rat playstyle.
3. Revitalizing Squat — 1/5
Start investing into stamina recovery while crouched, providing the foundation for sustained stealth movement.
4. In-Round Crafting — 1/1
Unlocks surface crafting, allowing you to create essential resources without extracting and greatly improving raid endurance
5. Agile Croucher — 5/5
Fully upgrades crouch movement speed, allowing faster looting while staying more mobile and reducing exposure risk.
6. Silent Scavenger — 1/5
Reduces the noise generated while looting, helping you stay hidden around valuable resource areas.
7. Revitalizing Squat — 3/5
Improves stamina recovery while crouched, allowing more consistent movement during stealth looting.
8. Suffer In Silence — 1/1
Reduces sound feedback when injured, making it easier to disengage safely after taking damage.
9. Broad Shoulders — 1/5
Start increasing carry capacity to prepare for extracting with more valuable loot.

10. Looter’s Luck — 5/5
Improves loot quality, increasing the value of each surface run.
11. Broad Shoulders — 5/5
Max out carry capacity to extract with more resources and maximize Loot Rat efficiency.
12. Good As New — 1/1
Improves repair efficiency, extending equipment durability and reducing long-term resource costs.
13. Stubborn Mule — 1/5
Reduces stamina penalties while overweight, allowing better mobility when extracting with a full backpack.
14. Three Deep Breaths — 2/5
Improves stamina recovery speed, helping you maintain momentum during looting and extraction.
15. Traveling Tinkerer — 1/1
Unlocks additional surface crafting options, allowing you to create medical and utility items during raids.
16. One Raider’s Scraps — 5/5
Increases the chance of receiving extra crafting materials, further improving resource gains from each raid.
17. Security Breach — 1/1
Unlocks the ability to seARCh Secure Lockers, increasing your chances of finding high-value loot.
Investing 37 points into this path helped me extract with a full inventory in most raids, and even small skills sometimes turned the tide. This setup gives you more flexibility in high-risk areas, whether avoiding fights or completing dangerous objectives.
Finalize with the Conditioning Path
After mastering efficient movement and maintaining a consistent looting rhythm, the next step is improving your overall raid safety. By investing in Conditioning, you improve survivability, recovery, and combat endurance, helping you recover from mistakes, stay effective in critical moments, and safely extract with your loot. Here is my recommended skill path:

1. Used to the Weight — 5/5
Reduces movement penalties from shields, allowing you to stay mobile even with high shield protection.
2. Blast-Born — 1/5
Reduces explosive damage, improving survivability against area attacks.
3. Fight Or Flight — 5/5
Improves stamina recovery during combat, helping you maintain pressure and reposition quickly.
4. Gentle Pressure — 1/5
Reduces noise while breaching, lowering the risk of being exposed during looting.
5. Proficient Pryer — 5/5
Speeds up breaching actions, reducing exposure time and improving loot efficiency.
6. Unburdened Roll — 1/1
Removes weight restrictions from rolling, improving mobility when extracting with a full inventory.
7. Survivor’s Stamina — 1/1
Restores stamina after eliminating enemies, improving your ability to continue fighting.
8. A Little Extra — 1/5
Increases shield capacity, providing more survivability in direct encounters.
9. Loaded Arms — 1/5
Improves weapon swap speed, making combat transitions smoother.
This setup provides strong survivability and makes you harder to eliminate in critical situations. Combined with Mobility and Survival investments, it creates a well-rounded Raider build that can handle different raid scenarios and threats.

Final Thoughts
Skill trees are one of the most important long-term investments for every Raider, so there is no single build that works for everyone. Your ideal path depends on your playstyle, combat approach, and raid goals. Instead of chasing the “strongest build,” adjust your skills to match how you actually play.
Planning your skill points is only the beginning. Take your build into real raids, collect Weapons, Blueprints, Crafting Materials, Keys, and more ARC Raiders Items from GamsGo, then refine your setup based on your combat needs and loot goals. The surface is waiting — use this skill tree to extract successfully and bring home more rewards.
