New players should prioritize reliable sustain and universal support. Players with two complete teams can choose DPS units based on the remaining gaps in their roster.
Robin · Summeretto offers broad team compatibility and is a strong starting point for a Remembrance roster. Accounts with an established support lineup can save their Stellar Jade for a later target.
Hyacine is most valuable for accounts without a limited sustain unit. Her priority drops if you already have two dependable healers or shielders.
Aventurine · Waveflair is a Follow-Up Attack damage dealer, not a sustain replacement for the original Aventurine. He is less urgent if your roster lacks compatible teammates.
Ashveil depends more heavily on suitable teammates and adequate investment. If you already own a comparable damage dealer, compare the expected team upgrade before pulling.
Pearl has been revealed as an Ice Elation character, but her complete mechanics and multipliers are not yet official. Players targeting her should reserve enough resources for at least one full guarantee.

There is no fixed rerun interval. Some limited 5-stars return after a few versions, while others remain unavailable for more than a year. Multi-character and special banners also make a single average unreliable.
Does a Long Rerun Gap Mean a Character Will Return Soon?
No. A long gap only shows how much time has passed since the previous banner. HoYoverse does not publish a fixed rerun rotation, so upcoming characters must be confirmed through official announcements.
Do Light Cones Always Rerun With Their Characters?
Usually, but not as a guaranteed rule. Signature Light Cones commonly return with their associated characters, but every lineup should be checked against the official Light Cone Event Warp announcement.
Do Collaboration Banners Share Pity With Regular Banners?
No. Collaboration Character Event Warps use a separate pity count from regular Character Event Warps. Banners within the same collaboration may share pity with one another when their official rules state that they do.
