Why Can't I Redeem My Umamusume Code?
Check these points when a code fails:
- Wrong Game Version: The global, Japanese, and Korean releases have separate code conditions. Match the code to your game version.
- Typing Errors: Check every character and remove extra spaces or line breaks.
- Already Used: A one-time serial code cannot be redeemed again after it has been claimed.
- Expired Redemption Period: Follow the deadline supplied with the code or promotion.
- Tutorial Incomplete: Finish the introductory tutorial to unlock the full menu.
Avoid repeatedly entering random strings. Too many incorrect attempts can temporarily block code entry. For a code supplied through an official promotion, contact Umamusume User Support with the error message and your game version.
