There are four Global banner waves in August, which include the Halloween-themed recruits of Agnes Digital and Meisho Doto. The last banner for Aston Machan is an estimate as per the JP release order, but the rest of the August Scouts have been released on Global.

August 2026 Uma Musume Trainee Banners
At the start of the month, Yukino Bijin is flexible for racing both on Turf and Dirt surfaces. No Stopping Me! assists her to build speed from the last turn, allowing the Trainers to have a wider range of surface flexibility.
Seeking the Pearl is a flexible Sprinter that can also be used in Mile races. She uses multiple running styles other than Front Running, allowing you greater leeway in building her body type depending on the track and your team.
The Halloween Scout features [Fanatic♡Jiangshi] Agnes Digital and [Dot-o'-Lantern] Meisho Doto. Agnes Digital is versatile in racing both on Turf and Dirt tracks, while Meisho Doto specializes in Pace Chasers of Medium distance races.
Meisho Doto provides Neck and Neck in positioning and Swinging Maestro in stamina recovery. On the other hand, Agnes Digital becomes the better choice if you are looking for a trainee with wider racing abilities.
Aston Machan is projected to close the month as a Sprint Front Runner. Her Groundwork skill allows her to set herself up for an early lead, making her a valuable addition if your roster lacks a Sprint specialist.
August 2026 Uma Musume Support Card Banners
The predicted Aston Machan banner returns with Fine Motion Wit SSR and Maruzensky Speed SSR. Fine Motion is still a top Wit card to use generally, while Maruzensky can provide contribution even after one Uncap.
Fine Motion is relevant until the release of Mejiro Ramonu. Other than that, later Wit cards are more specialized according to the style they run. Maruzensky is easy to include in your deck since you will not have to uncapped her first to gain her usefulness.
Daiichi Ruby Power SSR is a Late Surger/End Closer card providing Flash Forward. Flash Forward is an acceleration skill that only few cards possess in Sprint or Mile races. Borrowing the card would be enough if all you need is the skill.
Mejiro Palmer Stamina SSR provides Taking the Lead and is very good if paired with Valentine’s Mihono Bourbon. She gets better at higher Uncaps but can be borrowed if the rare skill is all you need.
Daitaku Helios Speed SSR trains on Miles and activates her Skill Point Bonus at one Uncap. She is most helpful when you want her skills in Miles rather than just Speed.

Days Flying By Uma Musume Story Event
Days Flying By Story Event is scheduled between 10:00 p.m., August 18 and 9:59 p.m., August 30 (UTC). The story for Halloween is about Meisho Doto, Agnes Digital, Mejiro Palmer, Daitaku Helios, and Shinko Windy.
Earn Event Points to get access to the exclusive story and get rewards, including the exclusive story character Shinko Windy Guts SSR and Rainbow Crystal Shards. There are some trainee characters and support cards that will assist you in collecting Event Points faster.
Libra Cup 2026 Champions Meeting
The Libra Cup 2026 Champions Meeting runs from August 25–September 3. League Selection begins at 10:00 p.m. on August 25, followed by Round 1 at 10:00 p.m. on August 28 (UTC).
Libra Cup uses Hanshin Turf over 1,600 meters: Mile, right-handed, outer course, fall, cloudy and firm. Prepare a Mile team with enough Power and skills that can activate reliably under these race conditions.
How We Predict the Global Banner Schedule
The Japanese version of Umamusume: Pretty Derby was released in February 2021, whereas the English Global version was released in June 2025. Thus, Global players have the chance to get the JP banner history, but the original dates of JP cannot be transferred.
By comparing the original JP release order and the pace that Global already had, one can predict the schedule for the Global version:
- JP release order provides information about which unreleased trainees, outfit versions, and support cards are expected to be next.
- Global release pace allows to convert the order into estimated months. The Global has been passing through content faster than the original JP.
- Changes made by Cygames, such as changing the order, combining banners, and reruns have priority over the original JP order.
That is why the older JP artwork is also used in the table below. The image might be a few years old, but the trainee or support card could be getting their first appearance on Global.

Uma Musume Banner Rates and Pull Guarantee
Uma Musume separates trainees and support cards into two Scout types. Both use the same base rarity rates, but pulling on a Pretty Derby Scout cannot give you support cards, and a Support Card Scout cannot give you trainees.

The full 3% rate does not apply only to the featured trainee or support card. Spotlight items receive higher individual rates, while the remaining chance is shared by other results in the pool. Always open the Rates tab before pulling.
What Does a 10-Pull Guarantee?
One Scout costs 150 Carats, while a 10-pull costs 1,500 Carats. The tenth result of a standard 10-pull is guaranteed to be at least a 2★ trainee or an SR support card, depending on the Scout type.
This does not guarantee a 3★ trainee, an SSR support card or the featured result. Special anniversary and paid Scouts may offer stronger guarantees, so check the rules shown on each banner.
How Does the 200-Pull Guarantee Work?
Every pull gives you one banner-specific Exchange Point. After reaching 200 points, you can select one trainee or support card from that Scout’s exchange lineup. Starting from zero, a full guarantee costs 30,000 Carats.

Most trainees and support cards from regular Spotlight Scouts enter the wider Scout pool after debut. However, special Scouts may follow different rules, so check the banner details before assuming a featured result will remain available.
What Happens When You Pull a Duplicate?
Duplicate trainees provide Goddess Statues and character-specific Star Pieces for raising star rarity. Duplicate support cards can be used to Uncap that card, unlocking stronger bonuses as its maximum level increases.
How Many Copies Does an SSR Support Card Need?
Fully Uncapping an SSR requires five copies in total: the original card and four duplicates. Some SSRs perform well with fewer Uncaps, while others unlock their best bonuses later. You can also borrow a maxed card from another Trainer.
