Her Majesty is finally pullable! Anastasya, the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya, is the 5-star Cryo Bow Archon coming in Genshin Impact 7.3, expected on December 16, 2026. After six years of running the Fatui from the shadows, she gets her own banner, and beta leaks say she can carry or support.
The catch? She has two modes that want different builds, her Burst seals your teammates (yes, really), and a full Lv. 90 build with triple crowns eats about 7.05 million Mora. Rolling her without a plan is a quick way to waste resin.
So here's the full Anastasya build in one place: her best weapon, artifacts for both modes, team comps, talent priority, cons, and a full pre-farm list so you can start grinding today.
Building pity for the Tsaritsa and Silverdawn? Grab some Genesis Crystals with a cheap Genshin top up before the 7.3 banners drop.

Anastasya Build Summary
No time to read? Here's the TL;DR build. Slap Silverdawn and 4pc Empress on Anastasya, stack ATK until she hits 2,000, and keep your crit ratio near 1:2.

Tsaritsa Kit and Playstyle
The official teaser introduces her as Anastasya, the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya: a spirit born of ice and frost who followed Monomakh into the Pale Star Court. Revived by the Heavenly Principles, she chased her lost past for centuries, then let it go to rule only for the present.
In-game, Anastasya is a Cryo Bow unit and a Stellar enabler, so she turns on Stellar reactions by herself. No Odette or Sandrone needed!

Anastasya Talents Explained
Her E decides everything. Tap it and she's a support, hold it and she's your carry. Burst numbers below are at talent Lv. 10. For the full leak timeline, check our Genshin Tsaritsa kit leaks.
| Talent | What It Does | |
|---|---|---|
Elemental Skill Judgment of the Pole Star | Tap (Benevolence): drops the Azure Star Crown for 20s. It follows your active character and hits twice every 2s. Hold (Glory): for 15s her Normal Attacks turn into a 5-hit Sacred Spear combo with Cryo infusion that nothing can override. CD 15s. | |
Burst · Benevolence To a New World | 360.7% AoE Cryo DMG, freezes the Crown timer, and gives the party +50% Stellar Glimmer DMG for 20s. She seals herself when you swap out, then fires Azure Star Decree: Triumph when she comes back. | |
Burst · Glory When the Eternal Night Gives Way to Dawn | Freezes Glory and seals up to 3 teammates for 14s. Her attacks shorten the seals. Once a seal ends, tapping that teammate fires Azure Star Decree: Annihilation instead of swapping. 50 Energy. | |
Ascension 1 Glory of the Radiant Night | After her E, the whole team gets Glory for 20s: +12% Crit DMG. Sealed teammates pass their Glory to the active ones. | |
Ascension 4 An Unfinished Requiem | Stellar-Conduct: Polestar Field buffs get stronger. Stellar Swirl: Vortexes spawn at Lv. 2 and the base multiplier gets +15%. | |
Passive Stellar Benediction, Untainted Rebirth | Turns Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct and Cryo Swirl into Stellar Swirl. Every 100 ATK adds 0.7% base DMG, capped at 14% at 2,000 ATK. |

Best Anastasya Weapons
Silverdawn is Anastasya's BiS, no contest. It's the only bow that buffs both her ATK and her Stellar Glimmer Crit DMG. Skipping the weapon banner? The other picks below still work, just with less oomph.

Silverdawn
Base ATK 674Crit DMG 44.1%ATK +40%Stellar Glimmer Crit DMG +40%
White Star Overture: after an E or Q, she gets ATK +40% and Stellar Glimmer Crit DMG +40% for 6s. Every Stellar Glimmer hit adds 3s (up to 8 times) and restores 10 Energy once every 15s.
Up to 30s of uptime (6s + 8 × 3s), longer than either Burst.
10 Energy every 15s covers 20% of her 50-cost Burst, so less ER grinding.
The only bow that buffs both her ATK and her Stellar reactions.
Going for C0R1? Top up Genesis Crystals before the weapon banner opens.

Best Tsaritsa Artifacts
The best Tsaritsa artifacts are Empress, the new set leaked for 7.3, and Disenchantment in Deep Shadow for pure Stellar-Conduct teams. Here's how the two stack up side by side.

Set mechanic: The +16% Crit Rate works on enemies hit by Superconduct, so it only shines in Cryo + Electro teams.
Which Artifact Set Should Anastasya Use?
4pc Empress is the early favorite. Her E, Q, and spear hits keep Stardust stacked almost all the time, so the Cryo crit bonus is basically permanent, and Stellar Glimmer hits get another +20% on top. Beta leaks also say the 4pc doubles during Stellar Radiance even while she's off field, which makes it great in Benevolence too.
4pc Disenchantment in Deep Shadow is the backup for pure Stellar-Conduct teams like Danica and Mitya. It's an existing set, so you may already have a decent one. It doesn't help Stellar Swirl, though, so skip it in Vesna teams and grab 4pc Scarlet Proof instead.

Goblet tea: Stellar Glimmer damage ignores Elemental DMG Bonus, so an ATK% goblet usually wins in Stellar teams. Cryo goblet only pulls ahead if most of her hits stay plain Cryo.
Anastasya Talent Priority
Good news for your books: Anastasya's Glory spear combo scales off her Elemental Skill, not Normal Attack. So leave NA at 1 and dump everything into E and Q. Supports should crown Burst first, since the +50% Stellar Glimmer buff is a Lv. 10 number.

Tsaritsa Constellations
C2 is the sweet spot for both of Anastasya's modes. It buffs the whole team in Benevolence and her own damage in Glory. C1 is a nice team buff, while C4 only helps Glory, so most of us can skip it.

C2 Best Stop | To the Harsh Winter Benevolence: team Stellar Glimmer Crit DMG +60% for 30s. Glory: her attacks and Annihilation deal 125% DMG. Team Stellar Glimmer DMG +5%. | ★★★★★ |

Should You Pull Anastasya?
If you play Stellar teams at all, yes. The Tsaritsa is a carry and an enabler in one slot, which is rare. Want to see how her teammates rank right now? Peek at our Genshin Impact tier list.
Pull Anastasya If
You own Danica, Mitya, Odette, Sandrone, or Vesna
You want one unit that can carry or support
You don't have Odette or Sandrone yet, since she enables Stellar by herself
You Can Skip If
You love quickswap teams, since both Bursts seal someone
You have no Electro or Anemo units to trigger her reactions
Freeze is your main Cryo team, which her passive does not convert
How Many Primogems for Tsaritsa and Silverdawn
Worst case, a guaranteed Anastasya takes 180 wishes, or 28,800 Primogems. Silverdawn adds up to 160 wishes with Epitomized Path, or 25,600 Primogems. That's 54,400 primos for C0R1 if the gacha hates you. Our free Primogems in Genshin Impact guide lists every source you can still claim.
Still short? A Genesis Crystals top up on GamsGo is the fastest way to close the gap without waiting on dailies.
Tsaritsa Release Date
Anastasya should land with Version 7.3 on December 16, 2026, six weeks after 7.2 went live on November 4. Danica is rumored for the same patch, with Sandrone and Lohen reruns. Phase order isn't confirmed yet, so keep an eye on our Genshin 7.3 banner leaks.

Mitya, her best Electro buddy, is on the 7.2 Phase 1 banner until November 24. Planning to grab both? The Genshin 7.2 banners guide covers what else is up right now.
What Is the Final Verdict on Anastasya?
Anastasya is shaping up as the unit that lets one character run a whole Stellar team. Glory turns her into a Cryo hypercarry with spear combos and Annihilation, while Benevolence drops a Crown and a +50% Stellar Glimmer buff for whoever's on field. One ATK-heavy build with Silverdawn and Empress covers both.
Danica and Mitya make her Stellar-Conduct core, and the rumored 7.3 reruns give you even more ways to slot her in. For the rerun side, see our Sandrone preview and Lohen guide.
All of the numbers here still come from the beta. GamsGo will update this Tsaritsa build guide with final multipliers, weapon rankings, and team tests once the Special Program and live client confirm them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to stuff the guide above doesn't cover.
Are Anastasya and the Tsaritsa the Same Character?
Yep. Tsaritsa is her title as the ruler of Snezhnaya, and Anastasya is her name. The playable version goes by Anastasya in-game, so whichever name you search, you're looking at the same Cryo Archon.
Does Anastasya Use a Bow or a Spear?
She's a bow user. In Glory mode her Normal Attacks turn into Sacred Spear strikes, which is why the trailer shows a polearm, but you still equip bows on her.
Can Tsaritsa Replace Odette in Stellar Teams?
As an enabler, yes. Her passive converts Superconduct and Cryo Swirl by itself. Odette still brings her own Stellar DMG buff, so in top teams they're better together. Our Odette build guide covers her support setup.
Is Anastasya Good for Exploration?
Yep, in Snezhnaya. Her Blessing of Falling Snow heals the team out of combat (outside Nod-Krai) and keeps your Grey-Eyed energy at 30% or more. It's off in Domains and the Spiral Abyss.
